From TradeGecko to Our Own: How Dcode Group Built a New Inventory Management System

When Intuit acquired TradeGecko and later restricted access to businesses outside the U.S., many Australian and global companies were left stranded — including several of our own clients at Dcode Group. As a custom software company, we didn’t see this as just a problem. We saw it as an opportunity. Instead of trying to shoehorn our clients into a different tool, we asked: What if we built a better one? A modern inventory platform built specifically for Australian businesses and beyond — one that had the flexibility, depth, and integrations our clients actually needed.
